Galactic Trains

Submitting for "finish an old game".

Had level editor and main page ready, added some gameplay in this game jam.

You need to deliver the cargo to the jump gate, to finish the level.

Unfortunately had to remove most buildings as they were not operational yet.

v3 and v4 changes:
- added building and ship descriptions
- added 4 new buildings
- buildings now how ability to produce
